Hi everyone,
I am finally not nauseas, yay! I did have Chile en Nogada last night, and mmmm when the season is right they also put pomegranate seeds on top. I forgot about that! Nom nom nom. I couldn't quite fini**** so I guess pouch still works ok. Other than that I didn't eat yesterday, but I did have a porotein shake with Click and mootopia, so it was 40g of protein and 300cal. I figure I probably at least got 60 in yesterday.
Today I've had a pizzelle. I am about to make a protien shake, and I'll make stuffed bell peppers or pork chops and strawberry spinach salad for dinner. I think probably peppers, I stuff them with mostly meat and cheese, and just a small amount of brown rice. 1/2 pepper is about all I can manage. I'll probably also have some fruit - a peach for a snack later, and a banana or clementine before bed with my iron. (I tolerate it better with a little food, so I try to eat something with vitamin C to help the iron be absorbed)

Hi, Jen. I'm glad you are finally feeling better - it's about time. I'm not usually online much on the weekends, but I'm waiting for my last load of laundry to dry, so thought I'd pop in for a minute. Here's what I've eaten so far on Saturday:
Breakfast: 1 1/2 c. 1% milk (some in my coffee, some on cereal), 2 oz. Special K Low Carb/High Protein cereal, 1 banana
Lunch: 1 slice whole-grain bread, 4 slices smoked turkey, 1 slice low-fat cheese, 1/2 oz. pretzel snaps
Snack: 2 bottles Captain Morgan's mojitos
Snack: 1 c. lowfat cottage cheese, 4 tbsp. SF preserves, 2 oz. blueberries, 3 oz. strawberries
Rest of the day is unknown - we're going to play poker at a friend's house and there's always snacky stuff around. I usually eat a little of whatever's around, but focus on protein-rich foods first, then a little bit of the snackies while we play. My friend is great about making sure she has stuff that's okay for me to eat, which I really appreciate. I've had a rough week emotionally, so I'm looking forward to hanging with friends and letting my hair down -
