Large weight loss and large panni ... fashion
I haven't had surgery, yet, but I have had a large panni for as long as I can remember. As far as support garments, I wear them backward. My panni is much larger than my butt, so the underwear fits and holds me in without my stomach sticking out the sides and feels much better than wearing it the way the manufacturer intended. My mom gave me the idea when she told me that this was what she did when she was pregnant so she wouldn't have to buy maternity underwear (remember this was in the days before thongs).
Good luck,
Karla

I am not 100 percent sure if it has any fashion tips...but perhaps... but I have heard about a really good book that lots of women love after wls....
It's by Christopher Hopkins and it's called "Staging your comeback."
