Calorie Countdown - Thursday Thread, what are you eating?

It worked ok, but I had some dreams that were 10 kinds of weird! I was decorating a wedding cake on top of a donkey, and wearing jalepenos for shoes. Now granted my feet are small, but I think jalepeno-sized shoes are a wee bit tiny. I need at least a poblano. The donkey walked down the aisle with the bride (is this because I think husband's are asses?) and then crashed the cake all over the priest. And a dog ate one of my jalepenos, so I had to make a new shoe out of saran wrap and olive oil.
Anyway, I slept until 11 in a drug-induced haze. I don't remember codeine hitting me that hard after surgery. My neck is better today, but I still have the headache and some tenderness when I turn my head.
Food. Harumph. I still haven't gone to the grocery store but now I'm out of mootopia so things are getting serious. I will go today. I haven't eaten yet, but I think I want a salad from chick fil a. I am nauseas from the codeine (that did happen after surgery!). I also forgot how much it makes me itch!
Back to work, actually came in yesterday due to a payroll snafu that had to be fixed. I was tired last night, but slept well.
Pre B - SF NF Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte
B - ham, cheese, 3 RF triscuits
S - 1 package Mrs Maye's Cran-blueberry crunch
L - green bean chicken and mock fried rice leftovers, watermelon and honeydew
S - edemame
D - 1/2 turkey stuffed bell pepper, sliced tomatos
S - maybe Greek yogurt
ANYWAY... today has been tough... no "bad" carbs so far (another of the bad habits that has snuck in lately)...
B- 8 red grapes... 1 oz beef jerky... a few pcs of cantaloupe
S- 8 red grapes
L- 2 1/2 ounces steamed shrimp w/****tail sauce... NSA fudgsicle (hey, I can't give up EVERYthing in one day! LOL)
S- Not sure... maybe a string cheese
D- leftover crockpot chicken from last night... peas
S- Not sure... maybe nothing... maybe a cup of milk

Oh, you had me laughing so much. sound like a shrek / crossed with a run-away bride movie with a little of pee-wee herman.
I had some of my liquid loratab after my carpal tunnel and I wake up with a loratab hangover. The sleep is so good, but it's hard to come out of.
Today, I'm leaving work early because I have a ton of biology work to complete before Saturday morning as well as a research paper to edit and turn in before Sunday, so work is coming in second for me today.
B - twisted bar 15 g protein 190 cal
S - 1 oz beef jerky 15 g protein 70 cal
L - chicken tarragon salad / asian slaw 24 g protein (??? crazy calories because of mayo)
D - probably some type of salad with a protein
We are going downtown for a concert in the square tonight. I hope there's a nice breeze off the bay because otherwise, it's going to be blistering hot.
My sister-in-law will be there and she's going to check over my biology tests that I've done before I have to turn them in on Saturday. I can take notes while the concert is going on from the 4 chapters that I have left to do! So nice to have people who are willing to help you do well

B - none
L - 2 bites of Ryan's chicken sandwich, most of a side salad with light italian dressing
D - a few bites of tom yum soup, half of a spring roll, 5 or 6 bean sprouts
D attempt 2 - chocolate banana vivanno from starbucks, drank over about an hour so I wouldn't dump (it has protein at least, and wasn't very sweet)
S - some hard candy to try to settle stomach, I dumped off 2 jolly ranchers but not off of a chocolate banana protein shake???
It was one of those days were I was nauseaus all the time but just not quite nauseas enough to throw up. I thought I might a few times, with the drooling thing and all, but it never happened. I would have liked it to happen actually, just to get it over with!
I blew my good day by eating too many sugar free chocolate ice cream bars. Since I was at the shop most of the day, I didn't get to the gym, either, so Lord knows the only calories I burned today were from stress.
I want some of that codeine!
