Working from home today so no gym for me, but maybe I'll take the dog for a walk later in the day.....

Auntie Flo is a pain!  No gym again.  I'll definitely go tomorrow.  I've got so much homework that I need to complete by Saturday, I doubt a walk or bike ride will be doable tonight!

Get back to that aquacize class girl!

A two mile ride on my exercise bike this morning. Hopefully, before the day is gone I will skip fifty steps and do some cross over moves with my hips (something I got from X-weighted).

 Props to everyone who moved their bodies today, and here's hoping Dunny feels better.  

I did not get to the gym, I went to the shop for an oil change and it took longer than I thought, plus I discovered I need additional repairs in the near future.  Boo.

I went hiking for a couple hours after work yesterday with a friend - there's a park close to our office that has miles and miles and miles of trails, so we just headed off and kept moving until the grumbellies started, the we grabbed a burger and a couple beers.  It was nice to be outdoors instead of inside at the gym -

Killed myself today because company caused me to not do my exercising yesterday!!!  When they left for KI, I did doubles-----ARGH!!!  Memo to self:  don't do that again.

walking 30 minutes
before lunch:  pilates 20 minutes/abs 20 min.
quick lunch and back at it!!!
after lunch:  cardio 20 minutes/circuit 20 minutes

By the end of the circuit, I was soaking wet, shaking, and ready to collapse....maybe it was the heat.
