I'm on a prophylatic dose of Keflex to keep my cellulitis from flaring up (works! No flareups in over a year), so I have to be careful about sun exposure lest I break out in an itchy rash.  Oddly enough, the rash only shows up on my arms.  I use Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry Touch Sunblock, 85 SPF (strong enough for vampires).  Works like a dream.  60 SPF still allowed enough sun to get through to my skin and make my arms itch.  It doesn't have a greasy feel, either.

As hot as it has been here, I should consider swimming at the outdoor pools at the rec center.  The cold water may not kill me as much if the outside temperature is almost 100 degrees.

Good job on the exercising.  I have been lazy of late and inconsistent about daily exercise.  Do not follow my poor example.

Since I can't go back to water aerobics yet, I'll have to stick to letting the Great Danes walk me every night. At least they love it!

Hi, Kix.  I did lower body strength training at lunch.  Not sure what I'm doing after work, if anything.  May go to the gym for cardio, may go to the park and walk, may go home and do nothing.  I've got a lot of stressors right now and am in a pretty serious funk, so really just want to go home and hide...  We'll see what happens -

edited 7/17 - actually made it to the gym after work yesterday with my workout buddy from the office.  did 45 minutes on the elliptical trainer, then headed home.  felt better for the effort...
