I used shrinkpictures.com and OH will not accept the photos. I thought that was where I did it before. Can anyone direct me where else I can go to shrink my photo and upload it?

try the shrinkpictures.com again. Keep the pixels at 100X100 I believe. Your file size is just too big. Sometimes you have to play with the pixel size to get OH to work for you.
