Calorie Countdown - Ticklish Tuesday, what are you eating?
Good Morning! I'm finally feeling back to my old self and have a busy day planned. Some baking before it gets too hot, then shopping - Trader Joes and Sam's Club (MIL and BIL going so I don't have to lift). I'm so glad I can drive again!
Pre B - SF NF Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte
B - Eggface turkey bites, banana
S - Greek yogurt with either granola or Kay's Natural's added in
L - white chicken chili
S - cheese, watermelon
D - Asian green bean chicken - I'm making it for the first time
S - sliced mangos
I make one each morning myself, so much cheaper!
I buy the Torani SF Brown Sugar Cinnamon syurp on line, by the case usually since I love it. Add 1 cup coffee, either decafe or regular, and 1 1/2 cups NF or soy milk warmed in the micro. I have a Senseo single brew machine for coffee and tea, so I don't have to make a whole pot of coffee.
My favorite flavors are the BSC, eggnog, and carmel for hot drinks. On super hot days I drink the latte iced.
I feel like I ate too much yesterday, but I'm down 1 lb, so I don't know.
It's hot, and while I'm hungry, I just don't want to eat. I will probably do protein drinks or puddings during the day. I am making my sister pork chops for dinner (her favorite) and I'll have baked chicken thighs (I use the bottled ginger soy sauce from Whole Paycheck and just pour a bit on each thigh). The thighs have bones, so it will work out to about 8 oz of chicken when I'm done eating.

L - SBD Herbed Chicken and Green Beans Almondine (doubt I will eat more than 1/2 of this...chicken usually fills me up fast)
D- Italian Chicken Finger with Mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce, maybe some applesauce (again, doubt that I will be able to eat all of this).

i keep forgetting to eat
but my dh made me get up with him and eat so i had
b/f i small bannana and a cup of coffoe with scoop of protein
snacks: pills
lunch:3 small meatballs with a spoon full of spaghetti sauce
snack 1/2 cup of grapes
supper: 1/4 chicken breast and grilled zuchinni and squash
snack:watermeleon yum yum
im hopin this is ok every once in a while i get the hunger rumbles but usually i forget to eat and then i get mad at myself
L: 3 oz tuna, mini wheat pita, 1 oz cheddar
S: sf jello with whippage
And the rest? SigOt and I are off plan tonight-- it's his birthday. I'll make good choices, except possibly for the few bites of cake I have planned!
