So, were you lighter after all that plucking? (My BF asked me that about my gallbladder-- he said, "Hey, it must weight something, right? And then they take it out-- you're thinner!" :)
I forget to post on both boards-- you should get on my case!

I forget to post on both boards too, and I'm lazy. Copy and paste is too much work!
Its a good thing I took care of all the beauty stuff yesterday - our friends invited themselves to our pool today and the legs and pits were smooth as a baby's bottom Toes and fingernails painted. Let the cuteness ensue :)
How is the frozen greek yogurt working out? What do you do? It sounds promising...
Thre fruit flavors are great-- like a creamy sorbet--- the chocolate/peanut is a little tangy and high in cals from the added PB2.
Raspberry Frozen Yogurt
12 oz frozen raspberries (pureed then strained--better with less seeds!)
16 oz greek 0% fat yogurt
1 cup 100 cal vanilla soy milk
splash of raspberry DaVinci
3/4 cup Splenda
Makes about 6 half-cup servings-- Cals: 72, Fat 2, Carb 8, Protein 6
I'm gonna stick with cinnamon ice cream and raspberry sorbets--- keeps the cals down.
Wait, you have a pool? I'm inviting MYSELF over!

Not us personally, no - its the apartment complex pool :)
I'd been thinking about an ice cream maker - now I think I might be convinced. Mango frozen yogurt.... I shall ponder this.
