Gym is Open (Finally! Friday 7/11)
Sorry your stuck at home - that's almost never any fun....
I'm skipping the mid-day workout today and having lunch with a friend instead. If the weather is still nice at the end of the day, I may go home and either walk or do walk/jog intervals. One of my roommates and I are starting the Couch-to-5K running program, so I'm sort of hoping that she's up to jogging/running tonight. If the weather's crappy, I'll go to the gym and do cardio -

Today was brick day (that's a workout with lots of different disciplines, like mountain biking and running one after another). I was going to do it outside but it's too hot, so I did it all at the gym.
I went to an hour long spinning class, then ran for 20 minutes, climbed the stairclimber for 30 minutes and finished up with 20 minutes on the rowing machine. I am now tired
I'm getting pretty excited for this race - I'm feeling pretty ready, my workouts are going well and I'm figuring out how to avoid getting sick again like the last race. It's still going to hurt, but I feel more prepared for it. Just 2 more weeks!!
