Go Rangers!  They've been rocking it lately I am watching them in the 10th inning against the Angels right now, exciting stuff.  And if I could put Marlon Byrd's face on Josh Hamilton's body I'd be a happy girl (and now you know the real reason I watch baseball). My plan for Friday includes some swimming and sun.  I don't lay out or want to tan particularly but I'd like a little color on my legs by the end of the summer - I want to be smokin' hot when I attend a wedding in October in Rochester.  I've got some in-law family to impress by golly - and the dress I plan to wear will hopefully be barelegged so I can wear a peep-toe or sandal shoe.  Anyone wanna see the dress I have in mind? http://www.kiyonna.com/plus-size-clothing/Dresses/12060902 I am thinking the chocolate lace with the mauve lining, but the chocolate lining is also a possibility.  I am not set on this but so far its all I've seen that would cover my arms.  I'm waiting for fall clothing to come out, and I don't know what size I'll be anyway.  What do you think?  Could I rock that dress?  Keep in mind it'll probably be mid-calf on me.  I'd like something shorter, but its hard to find plus size petites.  Here is my food plan for Friday - B - 16oz silk soy milk plus fiber S - peach L - cheese enchiladas (2 corn tortillas, 1/2c cheddar, 2/3c red sauce, 2tbsp sour cream), 2 compari tomatoes S - 16oz mootopia D - 4oz chicken, 1/2 zucchini, 1/2c baked beans, 1oz parmesano reggiano Calories - 1231 Fat - 41g Carbs - 113g (26 of them from fiber) Protein - 98g All of the numbers are right where they are supposed to be, woohoo!  How about you?

Traditional hummus is ground up chickpeas with garlic, lemon, and sesame paste.  It tastes a lot like bean dip.  You can also get it flavored with roasted bell pepper, sun dried tomato, roasted garlic, olive, among other things.  I am more traditional, I like it really lemony.  Its good with pita chips, but it also makes a nice dip for tomatoes and bell peppers and probably other veggies.  Apparently its also good with hard boiled eggs :) Hummus is actually something I ate very early out from surgery - I just ate it with a spoon then.

Awesome dress.  You will look totally hot.  I've never heard of that website before.  I'm going to have to take a peek :)

Enjoy your Friday.  Going to be stormy, hot and humid here today.

Great dress!   My plan for today is to continue my modified liquid diet (even though I didn't lose any weight today).  B: 2 cans protein pudding and 1 EAS protein drink @ 310 calories, 57g protein.  For lunch, probably one or two more EAS drinks, and for dinner, leftover meatloaf and some green beans. Oooh, I'm glad you picked the chocolate with your coloring, I think the black would wash you out.  I like it but my goodness it's expensive!   Mmmm enchiladas sound good.  I've been craving some mexican food.   B - new protein bar that is like candy but the carbs were only 20 and had no sugar alcohols.      it was caramel, nougat, peanut butter and pretzle.  190 cals and 15 g protein S - 10 cherries L - salad with chicken chunks on it   19 G protein D - probably left over salad since I'm working late tonight.

It is expensive, that is one of my big hesitations so far.  I am hoping to find other options that are a little less extravagant - and I'd probably sell whatever I wear on ebay since I won't fit in it long.  I've had those bars - they are quite tasty!  Twisted, right?  I buy them for my husband sometimes, but they are too sweet for me.

Yeah, I found them on clearance at Target and for $4, I figured it was worth a try.  I hope you find something more affordable for your wedding.  But it's a really cute dress and I think it will look good on  you.
