High protein snack, real food, really quick!

I thought I'd share this simple, quick protein snack I discovered. Spread a halved hard-boiled egg with hummus. Gives you 14g of protein if you use 2 medium eggs and 2T. hummus (half if only one egg). The best part is that it tastes exactly like a deviled egg. I've used the Sundried tomato hummus and it was great! -Julie

I'm up for any excuse to eat hummus!  I've used it with protein chips that are kind of like rice cakes - its ok like that but not great.  I also like to dip grilled chicken in it.  Ok now I am craving some Greek!

yes me too!! i like to dip my grilled chicken in hummus...its delicious
its also good with cucumbers and feta cheese like a side salad because i cant really do lettuce...

I've never tried hummas, I see in it the store. What is it made of? I can't do garlic...Julie mentions sundried tomato that sounds good. I love deviled eggs, and am always looking for a healthy cracker topper. Let me know, K? Any specific brand?
