High protein snack, real food, really quick!
I thought I'd share this simple, quick protein snack I discovered.
Spread a halved hard-boiled egg with hummus. Gives you 14g of protein if you use 2 medium eggs and 2T. hummus (half if only one egg). The best part is that it tastes exactly like a deviled egg. I've used the Sundried tomato hummus and it was great!

I'm up for any excuse to eat hummus! I've used it with protein chips that are kind of like rice cakes - its ok like that but not great. I also like to dip grilled chicken in it. Ok now I am craving some Greek!
