I know I don't post much but I still read every day....but I had to share my news with someone...

I weighed myself this morning and I FINALLY hit 299.8! No more 300's ever. I almost cried! That puts me at 96 lbs. gone since March 19th.

I am off today to have my CT scan on my liver, so if you have any extra good thoughts, I'd appreciate them! I never knew how much weight affected your liver, now I guess I do since mine "looks terrible" in the words of my surgeon.

If you made it this far...thanks for reading...you guys are all amazing!

Hi, Kim, and congrats on hitting the 299 milestone - feels great, doesn't it???  And soon you'll be firmly planted in the Century Club - yet another fantastic milestone.   Good luck with your liver scan - like you, I never knew how much our weight affects our organs.  Hopefully things will be okay for you - Good luck on your continuing journey and keep us posted on your progress -  Kellie

Kim, that is awesome.  It would seem like a small thing but when you are in the 300's you definitely want to be in the 200's!   After I got there, my next goal was 100 pounds lost and now it's to get my bmi under 40 so I'm just obese and not morbidly obese
