Calorie Countdown - Fresh Foods Friday
Happy Friday everyone! Nobody's posted this yet, so I will do the honors! I hope that everyone has a lovely weekend plan with activities that include getting outside and enjoying the lovely summer weather. I have got some work to do this weekend, but if it's not too humid I will try to do some of it on the patio.
Anyway, here is my meal plan for the day:
B- 1oz. 2% string cheese, 1/4c. watermelon
L- More string cheese, 1/4c carrots leftover from last night's dinner at work, or peas if there weren't leftovers
D- 1oz. RF swiss, 4 club crackers
I'm looking forward to this weekend. I'm going to try chicken, tuna, and a little bite of Barilla plus pasta.
I am going to spend the day working on getting down my Gladiator Smoothie in preparation for the my friend's bday party tonight. She is having Mexican - so I might taste some refried beans. However, this weekend - tomorrow night to be exact (just in case it makes me sick I have all of Sunday to recover) - I am going to try a fresh garden tomatoe. I just can't imagine the season going by and I not have at least a few bites.
Happy Friday!! I'm working 1/2 day and then we're off to Parker, Arizona and the River for the weekend. It'll probably be 115+ but it doesn't bother me anymore.

B - SF NF Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte
S - ham, cheese, crackers
L - not hungry, had 1 cup of Green Tea flavored Soy milk
S - jerky, soy chips, and bunny cookies (6 grams sugar per serving) for the road, we have a 3-4 hour drive
D - ?? Depends on where we eat, I'm aiming for a chicken breast salad

pre-B - 16oz mootopia, 1 packet nsa cib
B - smoked turkey hash and scrambled egg (and a cup of coffee beforehand while we were waiting for our plates to arrive) - I have a LOT leftover, but it was quite good. I don't know if the egg would reheat, but the hash will and I'll make a fresh egg for it I think.
L - 1 serving Ritz, 2oz extra sharp cheddar
D - quite a bit of leftover lasagna, mostly the filling but a little bit of noodle too
S - 16oz 2% milk
