Gym is Open in Kix's absense (HUMPDAY 6/25)
I've been looking for this today...Kix must be busy or her computer died.
Today's my last workout day for this week because my carpal tunnel surgery got moved to tomorrow morning. So...I'm going to be motivated and do a two-fer. Hmmm, wonder who inspired me to do that...??? Kellie!
So, since most of the US is baking in the heat, are you doing your exercise outside in the heat, or inside in the comfort of AC. I choose inside most always!
Today, I changed my elliptical once again to an around the world which is similar to Kilamanjaro except it's not a gradual climb. You climb the hill faster and descend faster but you do it multiple times. I did that for 30 minutes on level 8 (gotta keep that heart rate up there).
Then my last upper body workout for at least 3 weeks. Too bad because I felt really strong today!
