What did YOU eat!!!
I was on Medifast for 6 weeks pre-op. Didn't like the idea much, but it really is helpful. I was fortunate that I liked some healthy foods. I had 3 shakes per day 1 at breakfast, 1 for lunch, a lean & green dinner (3 oz lean meat, & non-starchy vegetables) Typical dinner was 3 oz skinless chicken breast, chicken sausage, lean beef or pork chop (fat removed) green beans, small salad with fat free dressing or carrots, broccoli or cauliflower steamed.
Hope this helps some. Good luck to you
It helps if we know the specifics of your liquid diet plan as it seems everyone's is different. I had a hard time on the liquid diet with variety. I enjoyed cream of potato soup for a while and on occasion I would have a glass of milk with fat-free broth for a meatier flavor (milk counted as the protein and broth was a free food). I think that the key is to keep as much variety as you can in the mix because you quickly get sick of the same things. Just try to stick to it as much as possible and know that it will all be worth it in the end. I lost 35 pounds on my 3 week liquid diet.
I won't be of much help because I just had a 5 day and it was strictly broths, fruit juices, propel, etc. Could only have protein shakes the first 2 days. There's others on here that have more experience with that.

She's got a lot of smoothie recipies on there.
I was only allowed protein drinks. I used Slim Fast Low Carb Diet, the doctors first choice. It had 20grams of protein per RTD can. We were instructed to drink 5 per day and of course water. It stunk big time. I could only get down four a day. AFTER I had surgery I found out I could have had SF jello during the pre-op diet. Boy was I PISSED!!
