Oops, internet was down here so I am posting late!
Feel free to list your food for the next three days right below. I've done very badly today, I don't want to talk about it (ummm, milk, and cake, and of course dumping that I knew would happen but I ate the damn cake anyway). That's all I've had and its 4 in the freaking afternoon.
Friday: B: 2 EAS protein drinks @220 calories, 34g protein E: 1.5 miles walking, burned 200 calories. L: 3 oz buffalo and green bean casserole, which I horked up. D: 2 oz mac and cheese and .5 hot dog. S: 2 EAS protein drinks and 1 can Instone pudding (I felt like I hadn't gotten in enough protein) @320 calories, 54g protein. Not sure about the total calories, I'm feeling lazy about looking up the mac and cheese. I'm guessing around 450 calories including the hot dog, it wasn't a full portion. So, around 1000 calories consumed today.

Other than not enough fiber, this is right on track with my surgeon's suggestions. I may add an apple or some mango to up the fiber a little more.
Everyday, Jenn, you post your food on here. You had a bad day, the first I've seen since I've been around. Don't knock yourself too bad for it. Looks like you're back on track.
Anyway, here's for me:
Friday-
B - 1/2 slice bread with 2oz. RF cheddar cheese
L- 1/2 c. cottage cheese
Cottage cheese made me sick, went to bed and missed dinner.
Saturday-
B- 1/2 oz. string cheese, 1/8 cup watermelon
L- 1oz. cheese, 3 crackers
D- 1/2 cup peas, I guess
After reading my nutrition book again I guess I'm supposed to be eating 1/2 cup food with 1/2 of the meal being protein and the other half being a fruit, veggie, or carb (one each meal each day). So, I went out and bought some canned veggies since I haven't tried those yet. The peas have more protein than most of my 1oz. cheese sources so I'll just have the whole 1/2 cup of peas. Hope they agree with me. Don't want to be sick again tonight.

I never cared much for canned veggies, but I like them a lot more since surgery because they are easy to chew and cheap. I love beans, refried beans are great early out, and green beans worked well for me early out. So did the canned new potatoes. Peas, well I can't stand canned peas still, but I do like cold fresh ones.
Good luck, I hope you don't get sick again. I had foamies on the way home from the grocery store. Hubby had to pull over and let me hork up the slime. That's the only the 3rd time since my second surgery that I've had to throw up. And I don't even know why, my tummy was totally empty.
I'm so glad that I haven't had foamies or spitting up at all yet. There have just been those occasions and they all have been at least 4 hours after my last meal when food moves into my intestines and I get bad diarrhea and sweaty and just exhausted. I hate when that happens because everything stops for a few hours. I hate canned veggies but I'll give them a try to a week or two. I was seriously considering just over-steaming raw veggies because I thought they'd taste better than canned, but I decided to stick with the canned as instructed. We went to the farmer's market and they were selling a lot of sugar snap peas and new potatoes. I considered both (potatoes are OK on my nutrition plan this week), but decided not to carb out on the potatoes and I wasn't sure how much I wanted to steam snap peas. Plus, the containers were pretty big and I knew I'd eat 2 maybe 3 pea pods and DH was sure he wouldn't want to eat the rest. So, fresh produce will have to come another day.

I don't shy away from some potato now and again, it has decent amounts of fiber (especially once you can leave the skin on) - I either have some baked, with salsa on top, or boiled with salt and pepper on top. Its the butter and other crap or frying them that makes them so bad IMO.
mmmm over-steamed veggies
You are doing great!
