I wonna thank everyone for telling us about fitday.com i finally went on today and typed in what we were having for supper. oh my not so good so i changed everything around and it was awesome i have my protein in. i will no longer eat corn ive only had a few spoons full since surgery but man it has calories. Jenn thank you for telling us about endame and other stuff to try. you all are so awesome

Corn, old fashioned poop-binder.  Oh that's gross sounding but it's so true.  There's no nutritional value and our bodies don't really break it down well at all. I find that when I track my eating online, I get all my protein in and stay around my calorie levels for the day.  When I don't track, I have an idea, but I'm not certain.  I haven't tracked for the past 2 weeks.  Interesting that my weight stayed the same.  I know I'm eating right, but I need to get back to tracking again.  It keeps me accountable to myself!

So true.  I am still using a paper tracker provided by the MD because I have to bring them with me to all my monthly appts.  But I know from the past experience that if I stop tracking, the weight will stop coming off.    Since I'm mainly only eating protein at this point, it's still pretty easy to do on paper. -dawn
