The way I do it is to load the pic on my blog, open a new window and then cut and paste from there.  You can also do photobucket or flicker.  I think it has to do with the size of the file because I've tried to cut and paste from photoeditor and it doesn't work.  I have to load it to a web-based photo thing and then it works.
