I have a question....

I lost 54 ounds prior to surgery (may 1) on my pre-op diet that I started in January... and an additional 37 pounds post surgery so far for a total of 91 pounds.  Since I am approaching 100 lbs total loss - does that qualify me for the century card? or will I have to wait until I have lost 100 pounds post op.

Guess my question to add to this would be"What is a century card"?

I have seen it alot on the main board - where people have lost a goal weith amount - 100, 150 - 200 or more and there is a card like logo that can be added to their signature.  As an example - Big-sassy has one on her post confused on calories.....

Personally I count ALL the weight I've lost.  Different people do it differently, but I worked for everyone one of those pounds lost and I'm proud of it.  If you go to the main board and post that you'd like one made, there are several people who do them.

I agree with the other poster - 100 pounds lost is 100 pounds lost, whether pre-op or post-op!!!   Congrats on hitting a big milestone - way to keep, and keep up the great work Kellie
