EQUAL VS. SPLENDA

I use Splenda in my decaf coffee, only one packet, though.  If I use two packets in close succession, I get that "almost about to dump" feeling and I don't like that.  So, I ration my Splenda if I'm in a place that serves free refills of decaf. 

I prefer the pink stuff.  I've had trouble adjusting to Splenda, but am finding more and more places carry it (but not S&L) so I'm going to have to adapt eventually.  I'm not a big baker, but have heard that cooking with splenda is great.
