I'm mixing up the cardio a bit for a few weeks. I did the recumbant cross trainer for 20 minutes @ level 10 with 2300 steps. I increased that from 2000 steps last week. I checked my heart rate at about 12 minutes in and it was at about 115 which is low on my scale but I was trying to give my legs a good workout. I haven't done lower body in about 3 weeks and am getting back to that tomorrow so I'll probably be sore by the end of the week. But I dropped down to a size 20 out of a 22. I've been there forever (since like february) so it feels good to make that happen. If it werent for these thighs ...ugh...yuck...yucky!
