Hi Jenn, Welcome back. I hope it is OK if I post my Medifast day. I am supposed to eat every 2-3 hours and not go more than 4 hrs w/o eating. One Lean & Green mean a day (lean protein & veggie).
Lots o fish in da house. Both hubby & I thought we'd surprise each other and stop at Fitts the local fish market. Both of us got spring Chinook filets, I also got Sea Bass & he got Mexican Prawns. Last night we had a skinless filet on the Foreman - it sort if tasted poached. I think I like broiled or gas grill better.
Here's the plan, we will see if it meets the reality.
B - MF oatmeal
S - Banana shake
L - Forgot to eat
S- Strawberry shake
D - Rock bass baked w/ zucchini & mushrooms - worked too long in the yard to peel & devein prawns, so we'll have them tomorrow
S - Chocolate pudding
