I started at 395, day of surgery 378 and now 318. Wow, but this has been alot harder than I ever imagined. Was anyone thirsty all of the time?

I'm fairly thirsty, but i've been out in the heat alot lately.  Do you possibly take any medications which make you thirsty?  I take some allergy meds, and I think that kinda dehydrates me.  Good luck, lys

Congrats on the results so far! Yes, I was thirsty, but mainly because I felt like I couldn't drink as much and as fast as I would have liked to.  The whole drinking thing post surgery has been a HUGE challenge for me.  I remember my first question at a WLS conference to post-ops was how long would I be sip-sip-sipping because it was driving me crazy.  ARGH. Over time I have been able to take more water down in one swallow, and it seems easier to keep thirst at bay.

I drink 75-80 oz of water a day and find I'm still thirsty. I guess we need to drink more!
