Gym is Open - Fired Up Friday
Ok, Kix, it's time for your return!
Not sure what I'm going to do today as I'm still off my schedule. I may just do a 1 hour cardio blast today and sweat my butt off. My bowels are still feeling bloated and very sluggish but my right leg doesn't feel tense and swollen today.
I ate salad and fruit and turkey chili yesterday so hopefully this bloated feeling will move on out. I've still been having BM's so I don't know what's the issue.
I was back in the office and that always means in the gym first.... so today I did:
15 mins elliptical
30 mins weight training
I splurged on way too many Dr Kracker crackers yesterday so I'm expecting that bloated feeling to be gone today too... LOL

Hi, Kathy - sorry your still bloated - I hate that feeling and, depending on exactly what's going on, sometimes it makes it uncomfortable/painful to exercise. I hope you find some relief soon!!!
I'm going to gym after work for 60 minutes of cardio. Probably 20 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes stairmill, 20 minutes rowing machine, assuming I can get to the machines, which usually isn't a problem on Friday evening after work! The gym is usually nice and quiet, with just a few folks getting in one last workout before the weekend...
