The Gym is still OPEN with Kix gone!
Ok, in honor of kix being gone to SD, I'm going to keep her thread alive this week. There were only 3 posters yesterday. We've got to keep up that physical activity.
I'm still on a weird schedule because of the car last week and Memorial Day this week. I may do upper body again today to get back in my groove. I'll post later what I ended up doing.
So what are you doing to move to lose today?
I did 30 mins on the recumbent bike strength program at resistance level 3..... and my thighs were complaining.... LOL
