Calorie Countdown - Tuesday, back to the grind.

I had a little bit of a carb attack last night.  Mainly because I only ate a few bites of lunch or dinner, but had 3 bananas yesterday.  I didn't make risotto - I made tuna salad for lunch and Ryan's steak for dinner with broccoli and pureed squash.  I ate one bite of steak and then spit out the second bite.  He said it tasted great but not to me.  I did get all my protein in with milk, but definitely not with food.  Then last night it was all I could do to resist the carbs - I ended up sharing a roast beef sandwich with my husband - and oddly enough, the bread was the worst part.  Go figure.  Here is my plan for today (its getting kind of laughable for me to make a plan, but whatever) B - 16oz mootopia, 1 packet nsa carnation instant breakfast L - skinless turkey polish sausage sauteed with peppers and onions, 1/2c baked beans S - 16oz silk soy milk with fiber, plus extra benefiber D - not sure, but I think rotisserie chicken breast and half an avocado S - cantaloupe Here is the nutritional info -

Back to work after a long busy weekend. Pre B (4:30AM) - SF NF Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte B - ham, cheese, 4 RF triscuits S - Eggfaces Italian Bean Salad S - SF NF Carmel Latte L - Carinos - thinking chicken Ceaser Salad S -edemame D - chicken tostadas (hubbies request), I'll make a sald out of mine, no shell S - jerky

B - SBD protein bar

S- 1 small bananna

L- Turkey & swiss on 1/2 kaiser roll  Good thing the mayo was on the other side and not the swiss side or it would have been a mess.  I'd do without the other half of the roll but you cant eat it driving that way (yes, I still eat in the car)

D- eggface's carb balance pizza on the grill.  We've got left over pork tenderloin and there are mozarella balls that need to be eaten.  Also some good pico de gallo

S- SF fudgesicle YUMMO!

ok here it is Pre breakfast 1 protein 110 Calories 25 grams protein  Breakfast 1 egg skinny cow RF cheese 105 cal and 8 protein  another protein shake 110 Calories and 25 grams protein Lunch 1/2 Turkey Hotdog TBL green beans 85 Cal 4 grams protein asnother protein shake 110 25 grams protein Dinner the other half the hotdog tbl mashed potatoes and tbl green beans 100 Cal 4 grams protien totals are wow 91 grams of protein and 610 Calories is 91 grams of Protein to much ??????

B=coffe w' skim milk  L=Chicken ala King over biscuits ( sounds yummy ) was yummy I ordered this because the place I get it from makes it with big chunks of chicken and its plenty enough for me and jerry so he gets the rest which is most lol  Cookie D= left over BBQ I had home made baked beans / Chicken thigh  I did pretty good over the holiday weekend with my food...You know I never plan so i'm a picker but I did pretty good . I did eat some chips on monday...which was Probably the worst thing I could do...Chips have always been my biggest weekness and I gues wls hasn't changed that.
