This forum is the greatest!
Hi everyone. My name is Denise and I have been prowling this forum for awhile unannounced. Everyone here is so great. Very supportive and fun!
I am still waiting for a surgery date. Hopefully it will be in June or early July. I have completed all of my three month requirements. I have been poked and prodded and analyzed. With a bmi of 59, I am glad to see others like myself who are on this journey and look forward to a long and beneficial relationship with all of you great folks, who never take yourself too seriously. Just what I need.
I just finished reading the "Shaving Legs" thread. What a riot...and so true.
Thanks for your support and your humor!
Denise

Welcome Denise,
Out of all the boards here at OH this one is especially wonderful. It can be very depressing to read posts on the regular boards about people losing 100 lbs. and they are done. It is great news and wonderful accomplishment however, when you have over 250 lbs. or more to lose it makes, at least in my case sad.
Enjoy your time here and best wishes and luck to you on your journey.
