Good Morning Kix,  it's good to see you survived that bad weather yesterday..... I hope it passes you by today too! This morning I did 30 mins flat on the elliptical and called it done! Have a nice weekend!

My glass of wine made me sleep really hard last night.  I heard the alarm but must have hit the off button and not snooze.  No gym for me today.  I'll get there tomorrow though because they are closed on Monday.

I don't think I will go to the gym today, my knees are a little sore, but maybe once it works itself out I'll feel like going.
