Gym is Open (Trying Thursday) 5/22
After a day of working from home, I'm back in the office today.... so that means back in the gym too..... God, I'm so glad we have a gym we get to use for free....
I did 30 mins of the strength training program on the recumbent bike

Twenty minutes on the hill program on elliptical @ level 3. I payed attention to it while I was setting it up this morning and it said "KILLAMANJARO!" If that's not a turn off I don't know what is.
Then did my second day of increasing weight on the upper body work out. It was pretty tough and my arms are really tired but I exicted about the increase in weights! I didn't get to my lat pull down because I ran out of time today.
I tried something new today. I did a 20 min workout on a pilates ball today with a DVD. It's the first time I did it. I think I might be a little too big for the ball still, My ball was squished much more than the skinny minnie on the DVD, but I did feel the workout in my arms and legs. I also hope to do an aerobic video later this afternoon, (its an old Richard Simmons one that I used to love).

I walked outside for a while today - maybe 20 min. It was hot, but I was trying to get a little sun. I also went to the gym this evening but I wasn't really into it. I did a 10min warm up on the treadmill and then a full body circuit at very moderate weight.
I also had some very vigorous *ahem* bedroom wrestling this afternoon that probably burned a lot more calories than the gym
It was badly needed.
