I am wistful today, wishing  that someone else would finish my dissertation because I am sick of it.  Bah! As for eating, I dunno yet.  Haven't eaten a thing, didn't wake up until the afternoon.  We are pretty much out of food, but I get paid tomorrow.  I will probably have some mootopia with coffee, and then cottage cheese for lunch.  Dinner, I want something Italian.  I will post what ends up in Thundercles later.  Speaking of Thundercles, we went to a movie yesterday (Prince Caspian) and you could hear him over the movie if you were anywhere near me.  It sounded like a storm was brewing, but thankfully he stayed calm.  I burped a bunch though.  I never ever burp, although I often wish I could.  I must have swallowed some air at lunch I guess. What are you wistful about?  What are you eating?

Had to drop stuff off at my Mom's this morning and passed by "Jack on Crack" on the way there and back on the way to work. I've so been craving a Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich, no egg, but I drove right by and came to work to have cottage cheese instead ... oh what a beautiful morning ... of course then I got in the elevator and it's filled with Jack employees, boy did I have to chuckle at that. (I work in the same building as their headquarters!)

Pre B - SF NF Brown Sugar Cinnamon latte

B - cottage cheese and Splenda peaches

S - SF NF Carmel Latte

S - Greek yogurt w/black and blueberries

L - chicken caccatorie

S - mock rice pudding

D - have homemade spaghetti sauce cooking in the crockpot  with chicken apple sausage, will have it over ricotta

S - sliced mango

Ya'll are way too organized for me.  I fly by the seat of my pants and have been able to make very good choices so far.   It gets boring if you aren't organzied for sure, but I was not wired that way. B - SB diet protein bar L - SB diet caprese chicken & broccoli D - who knows? yesterday I ended up with close to 90 g of protein.  The fish I had was packed with protein and I ate two small fillets.  it was pretty good for frozen fish, but I much prefer fresh.

I'm not doing too bad today, just had a few too many tootsie rolls. But also had a salad for lunch and a good breakfast, so I'm feeling pretty good about it. How was Prince Caspian? I'm a big CS Lewis fan but didn't love the first one they did. I'm debating if I should see this one or not. I am going to see Indiana Jones tonight at midnight! I have been waiting for this one for a long time, can't wait!

It was ok.  I am not a big CS Lewis fan - when I read them in 3rd grade I found them rather boring.  The only reason I read them all was because I was competing with my friend to see who could finish them first :) I'd wait for the dollar movie or rent it.  I am looking forward to Indiana Jones too - We might go see it tomorrow afternoon.  I have an gyno appt though, so it just depends on how long that takes.

Well I had a weird food day.  I had all my calories in one meal. B - none L - 8oz milk, 8oz coffee, ice, benefiber, sf syrup D - Carraba's - I had an italian salad, 2 slices of bread with olive oil dipping, about 1/2 of a chicken breast (chicken bryan, my fave) and then a few bites from the ricotta filling of a cannoli.  Husband and I both got salads, then split the entree and dessert.  I am stuffed and overly carbed.

I dunno about seeing the new Indiana Jones movie.  We saw trailers at the theater when we went to see Iron Man, and I think Harrison Ford is too old.  Breaks my heart, he used to be all kinds of pretty and now he just looked silly as Indy.  I'll probably end up seeing it (and will probably like it, too). Here's what I ate today:   B: 2 EAS protein drinks and 1 Instone protein pudding @ 320 calories, 57g protein E1: 25 minutes treadmill, expended 200 calories L: shrimp salad @ 400 calories, 28g protein E2: 35 minutes treadmill, expended 255 calories, plus did strength training S: 1 venti decaf D: steak, green beans, and potato salad @ 650 calories, 22g protein Totals:  1370 calories - 455 calories = 925 calories  107g protein Kix
