Hey Y'all
GM my friends and family,
Yall already know this is a long post. So get over it! lol....Gotta be me.
I just wanted to come by stick my head in the door and say Hi. All is well on my front. This is April the middle of April and I am so thankful to GOD for blessing and keeping me.
You guys know that I have been dealing with pain from my back and neck for about 5 years, so severe that I pretty much could not focus on much else.
Well I am grateful to GOD because , that is no longer a big issue. I started acupuncture treatments in January it was the best thing I have ever done for my body.
I am cured of being cold all the time. I have energy, minimal pain. I am able to stand 2 hours and teach a class. That is GOD.
I am not on a real exercise plan yet. I had foot surgery last friday and I am hopping around here realizing even more how good GOD is to me.. So many with no legs don't even complain.
Doc says I heal fast...I knew that and that is a blessing. I am writing out a plan to work around my foot until I can work the foot.
I still have a demon called soda pop (we real texans say soda water). I have got to kick this booger to the `curb once and for all. Every thing else I am doing is working for me.
I am happy with all of the changes in my life, I am on the right road and I can see real success in my future. I just wanted to share with you all and hope something I said will help someone else that maybe weary in their well doing. Be blessed and have a wonderful day.

It is good to hear about the miracles God is working in your life. He is truly a God who can, will, and does do just what he said he would. take care and keep on pressing on. I had to laugh just the other day my husband said soda water and the 11 yr old stood there looking confused. He's a bit of a brain and he was thinking of some chemical creation. He is still trying to figure out how soda pop is soda water.
