I can - depends on the kind and the day - lol, sometimes it doesn't work out, other times i'm good to go!  For some reason, minute rice seems to work best for me.

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Seriously, I can eat rice now but like any other food, it just depends on how my pouch is feeling that day.  Some days it works, some days it doesn't.  The first couple of years out, I could only do a couple spoon fulls as rice seemed to fill me up really quickly.

Only in the last few months have I been able to do rice, and only in extremely small portions.... It's still a no-go for grits and pasta for me (well, that fiber/wheat pasta is ok in small quantities)

I was warned to have some protein before testing potential dumping foods. I had sushi rolls after half a protein shake with no trouble.

It was a one time treat so I don't know if I just got lucky.
