90 Days of Accountability: Day 1

Kudos to you on getting back out there.
I have my gym bag ready for a workout this evening. Just got asked for o/t but Im going after.
Going out at lunch to reup on my water supply for the office. Will get in at least 1 liter today
I do my best drinking at the work...
As for my eating so far ....
b- 1 small bag of natural popcorn -130 calories thus far
l- small chilli from wendys and side salad with low cal dressing
d- salmon burger with tossed salad and low cal dresssing.
I will go shopping to get the things I need so I can be on plan as well.
Daily planning and persistence leads to results...progress not perfection
In life, and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.
Went for walk with the dog this morning. I am drinking an Isopure protein drink for breakfast and a snack - I can't' get the whole thing in the morning. Protein bar for lunch and broiled salmon for dinner with some veggies. I took my B1, B12 and Biotin this morning. I will take my calcium with my lunch and dinner.
Accountability day one was good but for one major screw up. I only took half of my vitamins. Big mistake. I don't want that to become a habit. I've been forewarned too mant times to be so careless.
I did my cardio, stretching, & strenghth training although I did think of blowing off the latter and doubling up today. Guilt can be a wonderful thing because guilt over the vitamins kept me straight on the strength training. My diet was on point as was my water.
