90 Days of Accountability: Day 1
I woke up feeling like shiot. No energy whatsoeva. But I pushed myself to go and play tennis. I got to the court and started hitting the balls around and I couldnt do it. I was exhausted after the first few minutes. I cried and walked off the court. But later on that day I tried again and I actually got in 30 minutes of tennis..
Anyway, lets get to the vitamins and eating......
I doubled up on the iron yesterday which I think I will do again today. I took all other vitamins too.
I drank about 40 oz of water yesterday and had about 4 pounds of ice. I am still craving it!
Food intake:
B - 2 boiled eggs and 2 pieces of wheat toast
S - peanut butter and crackers (6)
L - grilled cheese on wheat
S - nothing
D - 2 crabcakes and some mashed potatoes

Your post includes your food intake. I will log my food too cause when I used to log on dailyplate, I was shocked at how much I was eating and the lack of nutrition I was getting. Too much sodium, not enough protein, etc. Way to go for accountability so I will fess up for yesterday.
Taking vitamins daily and faithfully
20-30 oz water daily (definitely a problem area)
Ran intervals for 40 minutes (and did so much walking in the evening at Walmart and church that I feel it this morning)
B - nothing
L - salad (heavy veggie little protein - working on that)
S - south beach protein cereal bar
S - (yes another dag-on snack - had to give my church kids a snack and put my grubby hands in the bag) 2 chips ahoy cookies
D - Michelina's fettuccine alfredo; 4oz of baked chicken (ouch - thought nothing of it when I ate it)
Could of made some better choices yesterday. Today is a new day...Thanks for starting this challenge!
If I am gonna eat like a fat girl, then I gotta workout

Took vitamins but have to get Vit D, B-12, and calcium.
Drank abot 40 ounces of water which was not enough.
pre-breakfast- small protein drink 15 grams of protein
breakfast- small portion of ham n eggs
lunch- meatball and green beans
snack- ptrtein shake 26 grams of protein
dinner- meatball and green beans
snack- watermelon
For exercise I cut the yard in the hot Houston heat.
I didn't want to get out of bed this morning but I went to the gym and that really helped.
Yesterday, I took all of my vitamins!!
Now, as for eating.....................
B~South beach diet protein bar, 1 cup decaf tea with scoop of protein
L~ 1/2 chicken salad sandwhich
S~ Mandarin oranges in light syrup, 1 cup of tea with scoop of protein
D~ Fried Fish ( I know, I know)
I only took in about 30 oz of water but plan to get back on track in this area today.
