1.  What did you eat for breakfast?   Nothing for me.  I did have a protein smoothie after my morning walk.

2.  What will you eat for lunch?  Grilled turkey burger and a small romaine salad.

3.  Did you take your vitamins?  Yes.

4.  How much water will you drink?  1 gallon for me.

5.  Did you or will you exercise?  Completed two miles at the track.  Will work on abs/obliques before work.

1 - 4 oz yogurt with small banana

2 - fried fish (I fried it myself last night...striped bass cooked in soy/olive oil), sauteed zucchini yellow squash, mushrooms, and onions...and a couple slices of garden tomatoes. I LOVE THIS TIME OF YEAR the fresh veggies and fruit..and my coworker's husband owns a charter boat so even the damn fish was fresh!!!

3 - Of course I ALWAYS do!

4 - 120oz...already done half of that and it's really early

5 - Yep my usual 3 miles at lunch and then pilates tonight at the gym

Today marks the beginning of fiscal year 2010 for me at work I will be busy for the next 2 weeks reconciling stuff from 2009 but I can BREATHE again Now just waiting to find out what the state will decide for budget cuts

I missed Yall!!!!

Thanks Cookie...I missed your posts BUT I have been staying completely on track! I have not used the stress or busy schedule as an excuse to neglect my body   I knew when I signed on for WLS it was for LIFE I wil be 4 years in November...hard to believe

I appreciate the prayers...always! Positive thoughts are keeping me focused!

1 - protein shake and one Fiber one pancake w/SF syrup
2 - tuna and crackers
3- yep - about to get my calcium in right now! all the others are done.
4 - shooting for 60 -80 oz
5 - nothing for me, still on restriction   I wanna get back in the gym!!!!!

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

You will have plenty of time to get back in the gym.  Keep wearing the binders and allow your body to do its thing.  Blessings!

I soooooooo remember the feeling of wanting to get back in the gym. Judt be sure to follow your doctor and your body's advise. Once your body is COMPLETELY healed you will be in the swing in no time FLAT (yeah literally ) Congrats on staying stong...body, mind, and soul

1.5. breakfast- eggs and ham

2. meatballs and green beans

3. yes only took a multi and vit E

4. 64 + ounces

5. Plan on doing yard work when I get home and maybe treadmill (which I hate)
