Morining Cookie and family !

1 small bag of natural popcorn -130 calories

( it counts for fiber and is usually my snack

lunch and dinner will be better though !

 

In life,  and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.

2 slices wheat toast and a cup of coffee

Had the slow cooker going overnight so after the morning workout it was 4 oz curried chicken with onion, & garlic over 1.5 oz of cauliflower.
