Warning: I'm not going to spell check...Im not going grammar check....I juss may type ebonics/slang....so if dat is a hazard for you, click yo close button now!

First off, I won't be rude so hello BAFers---vets, newbies, and lurkers!

I got an email a week or so ago, asking me had I left BAF since the only time I post is when I need something or want someone to read something. The email was not an ugly email....I consider this person a cyber-friend (I've never met them in person).

Then I was told that BAF is dead! I'm like WHAT...nobody emailed and asked me to do the eulogy

About 5 or 6 years ago when I first found OH and BAF, people would post, "I'm leaving BAF or Goodbye BAF" threads. That was one of my biggest pet peeves. Therefore, when I decided to tone down my BAF log ins, I did not feel the needed to explain why....I've never been the one to want brownie points or pity....and besides that I have NOT left BAF.

You know in LIFE LIFE....how you outgrow a person, place, or thing? Well, in a sense, that is what happened with me and BAF. Too many troll accounts....too many BL conversations....too much third grade bull**** and not enough unconditional, genuine support. The support is here....just not like I know it used to be.

In turn, I have given up so much. I was late finding out about one my cyber-favorites having a death in the family, one with a TEMPORARY lose in the family, my other cyber-favorite gave birth to her twins, one of my other cyber-favorites is pregnant....just so much! I'm missing that now.

But, I still have my friends ~ride or die for life~ whom I met on BAF and can call and cry, and curse, and complain about weight gain or lose, death or life, or just to simply pray or say thank you.

I signed on and saw like 4 or 5 posts from men...I was soooo happy because men come to BAF and just like a hurricane, they leave as fast as they came. I like the diversity. We women, not all some and not me , can be catty creatures and run a man off ~even in cyberworld~ so it is good to see the old menfolk and the new.

My reason for this post--stop looking for the bad in BAF and appreciate the good. They are still here. Though I can't promise I will post 1800 times a day like I normally did ~roll eyes~ , but I will check in more often.

As for my WLS journey...it is still my own and my own only and I am still maintaining that 40 plus pound weight gain ~bwahahaha ~

I am still in damn double digits ~a 14 to be honest~ and my booty and hips and thighs are big as ever. ~roll eyes~

However, my tool still works....I just need to work my tool!

Remember, never give up!

[Chorus:]
Swing low, sweet chariot,
Comin' for to carry me home;
Swing low, sweet chariot,
Comin' for to carry me home.

I looked over Jordan,
And WHAT did I see,
Comin' for to carry me home,
A band of angels comin' after me,
Comin' for to carry me home.

[Repeat chorus:]

If you get there before I do,
Comin' for to carry me home,
Tell all my friends I'm comin' too,
Comin' for to carry me home.
