Update on Killa (Rita)

Hi everyone,
I received permission to update you all on Rita's status. Her husband has been keeping in touch and I was able to talk to her briefly.

She gave permission to let you all know that she has suffered a stroke. It is considered mild, but her speech is very slurred and her left side is not working properly. She was transferred from her local hospital to a hospital in Nashville that specializes in treating stroke victims. She will be receiving physical therapy, speech therapy and other forms of care during her rehabilitation.

She said to thank you all for your prayers and to continue to pray for she and her family. I will be updating again on tomorrow once her husband calls. At this time she is not receiving phone calls due to speech difficulties. She said that once she is ready then she will inform me.

Hey Que,

Sounds like they have a plan in action and that is one of the most promising keys to recovery. Please let Rita know the she is in my thoughts and prayers. Through it all we know that GOD is able!!!!
