Movin and Losin.....What's Up?
Today I am walking again and riding my bike if the weather holds up. If not, then me and the elliptical will have our fight today.
What are you doin to get the blood pumpin and to lose the pounds?

I try to walk 2-3 miles at least 4-5 days per week. I only walked 1.5 miles yesterday. So, today I will have to make up for lost ground.
