Bummer about the hernia but I am so happy that you will be my switch sister. They say the sleeve gets the weight off but our switch part aids in the maintenance. Oh this is good news

Yup miss turtle will be getting switched. My surgeon said the same in regards to the maintainence. Now instead of starting at 282 I will be starting at 230 so I hope that I don't lose too muchI like the pace that I am at now. I'm ready for that butter and cake too.

So how does the intestinal part of the surgery feel? will I be sore in that area? It's gonna be bad enough having to deal with that incision again.

I'm not even sure what it will be like for you. I hope just as well as I felt. But I was a virgin DS, matter of fact it was my first ever surgery so mine was pretty much straight forward and done lap.
You are smoking on the weight loss, bought to pass me up man! Don't make me trip you up! I started a challenge today on the DS board. I have been too friendly with carbs, I mean buck wild! Time to get it together so I can get these last 30 off.

But trust me, eating all the fat you can stand def will make it easier to low carb it. I had a half piece of red velvet in the fridge but after I made the challenge I put it in the freezer. We'll feast on it in a month!
