FYI...10 min workout  doesn't really do anything for you.  You need to keep your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes to burn calories per the gym trainer that I spoke with.

Hey Candance:

Sounds like a good plan, I better get mine together...Oh yea, liquids, liquids, liquids, LOL. Also, why do fitness experts differ, I guess they are like Nutritionists; some Fitness Trainers and Experts say 20 minutes, some say all you need is 20-30 minutes per day even if it is 5 minutes at a time. I just know for Me, any routine works, it revs My metabolism and it works.
Just "Move" that Body.

5-10 minute workouts are effective but only when they are high intensity workouts.  It is not likely that an obese person could do the type of workout required for this.  When doing the low intensity workout (the norm for most) the first 10 minutes of a cardio workout are somewhat unproductive since it takes that first 10 minutes to get the heart rate up.

Hey Candace...If all you can spare is 10 minutes, go for it, it is better than nothing...It is more than what I do...I hate for people to be discouraged when they are making an attempt to do something....10 minutes is better than nothing at all.
