3 weeks Monday STUCK need some info

Well I have been doing pretty good I hit a plateau on my weight loss and wanted to know what kind of menus did you all have during this period and did you eat on schedule. looking for some advice I lost 30lbs in 2 1/2 weeks and about 75lbs since jan09

First off, congratulations on your weightloss.

Back then and even now, when I find myself at a plateau, I ALWAYS increase my water, protein, workouts, and rest.

This is a very common phenomenon... give it a couple of weeks of sticking to your program and you will lose again! I faced it myself, your body needs time to adjust, I think by week 4.5 I was back on the downslope again. 30lbs in such a short amount of time is AWESOME! Congrats!

Congratulations on your weight loss so far.  Stalls will happen on and off along the way.  No advice on menus at 2 1/2 weeks out I was still following the plan/menu from my dr's office.
