BIG Mouth Friend of Mine

Man, my buddy talks so friggin loud.  He’s cool and eerthing.  But just LOUD than a mudd.  I was in the chow hall a few mornings ago talking to these two young ladies.  They were asking me about my weight loss.  I told them I was on a restricted diet.  Hey that’s true at this point.  I could already hear my boy all way across the chow hall talking to someone else.

 

Any way I was schooling these ladies about my diet and all of a sudden I hear “V, IS THAT YOU?"  I’m thinking AH HELL!!  He goes on to say, “MAN, LOOKS LIKE YOU LOSSED ANOTHER 10 LBS SINCE LAST WEEK".  I was standing in front of the bacon and he says, “ I THOUGHT YOU COULDN’T HAVE BACON AFTER YOUR…..".  And I quickly interrupted him before he could do any more “damage".  I’m thinking those ladies had probably put 2 and 2 together thanks to BIG MOUTH.  UGGHHH!!  That boy is something else.

 

I pulled him aside as I said goodbye to those young ladies.  I’m like, dude a little discretion, please!!  We pretty much talk about it openly with other agents within our office suite, but that don’t mean I want the entire site to know.  I know each and eer one of us got some loud talking big mouth friends.  Guess it’s just as much my fault as his.  I thought it was understood that this was my little secret and I would be the one who would spill the beans.  Guess BIG MOUTH missed that briefing.  UGGHHH!!!

See that's why nobody at my job knows except my momma......so I get word that people talking about me having suregery at Johns Hopkins.........Imma have to cut her!!!! LLS

roger dat.   my bff and my bf know.    dayum now you made me curious about those of you who tell - (outside of safety/risk reasons) what makes you do it?  E, what made you tell him?

He's one of my team members working in a different office and that's his normal approach (loud) but would have thought he would be more discreet around outsiders.

"Imma have to cut her!!!!"  Gurl you hard core LOL 

I was pretty open about my surgery, BUT, I wanted to be the one who told  anyone.  There's nothing worse than others telling your business! 

That should have been one of those things that goes without saying....SMH

Sorry that happened and I agree that you should be the one to tell.  I told my boss (for leave purposes plus we're cool) but I also told him that I would not be sharing this with anybody else in the office.  So I hope he keeps his mouth shut.  After reading this, I think I'll remind him again.

OMG ~ I'm living through the same thing right now. I have a big mouth girl at my church telling folks she wanna have the surgery cause I did. One of my Mom's closest friends checked her like............why didn't you tell me Talisha had surgery. Now she knew better cause my mom.........whew............will cut a fool quick. My Mom told her cause it wasn't your business. Now, I'm not ashamed but I haven't told folks for this very reason. Plus, i don't wanna be the spokesperson for a lot of the obese teens in the church. When they ask, I just say..........a total lifestyle change and it's the truth.

Dang it, now I have to spend my weekend checking folks.

Dang sweetie, thats messed up!

I dont know, hell i told EVERYBODY!! And of course  you have your mixed ppl,
the supporters that got your back no matter what, sent flowers, etc.

Then you have the Negative folks, that wanna pull up statistics and tell you how they mothers cousins uncles sons best friend died  from this or that,

Then you have the Haters, who mad at every pound you lose.

But no matter what it was MY DAYUM DECISION and thats that, and if whoever i tell DONT like it... You can STEP!! lol!!
