On the loser bench!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello All!!!!!  I'm home now!.  My surgery went great.  No complications.  It was a breeze.  My surgery was on Wednesday morning.  I came home Thur day night.  Not much pain at all.  Just trying to get rid of the gasssss.  First day home.  Working on getting the fluids in.  I don't have a appetite at all.  I have to get my vitamins in today.  Any advise is welcomed.  Thank you all for your support.  Gloria

Welcome Home!  I had the worse gas ever after surgery. I believe someone suggested the Gas-X strips that dissolves on your tongue; it helped but walking helped as well.

Walk, walk, walk, sip, sip, sip!  And take it easy... but movement always relieves gas (for the most part).. Congrats on your surgery!..

Glad Happy Thankfulf all went  went work on tha****er,,,,I am 7 days to you'll cream of wheat was so better then water but trying to get 48 oz of waters in today... I know you will do well get your rest!!!

Thank you Alicia.  I had a bad day on Friday, the day after I came home.  I was feeling fine.  sipping on my apple j.  Took my vitimins, and in an hour I got nausea.  It was the worst ever.  It would not go away.  I had to go back to the Hospital.  Everything was ok, but they could not explain why I had nausea that lasted until 3:00 AM.  I felt like S- - - -t.  But Iz better now. 

Question:  Did you start losing right after surgery? I prolly need to stay away from the scale but its barely moving right now.
