Wow I'm sore as crap today but I'm still on it....3 mile walk...Turbo Jam in the evening.

Bfast - Green Tea and 1/2 nutri-grain bar
Snack - Grapes/cheese
Lunch - 1/2 spinach salad w/ grilled chicken
Dinner - Other 1/2 salad
1 Gal water
Vits w/ extra dose B12

What the deal is Miz D?  LOL  I am READY for today!!!

B - cheerios w/skim milk, two slices toast
L - chicken spaghetti, peas
S - yogurt, pear halves
D - BBQ chicken, brussel sprouts
S- cheese and crackers?

Will be focused on water and about to do my vitamin thing before I get dressed.

and GYM time tonight!!!! 20 min hampster time, lower body weight machines

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

MM i got a question for you? I been able to eat yogurt, cheese, but cant handle milk in my protein shakes. I have to admit, i havent went down to the skim milk, but we was on 2% in my house, do you think i'd be able to tolerate the skim better? (i know this all in the middle of someone elses post, but your cheerios with milk, sounds yumspliferous, cause i havent had cereal in months lol) :o)

Not MM but just saw your post. I know a lot of people can't handle lactose but there are many other options. Soy, rice, almond, lactaid milks just to name a few. I know my friend drinks the green label lactaid, I think it's low sugar or something like that.

Hey Lady!  It depends.  I wasn't able to ever tolerate milk in the protein shakes when I tried mixing them myself - and water was just plain nasty to me in those.  I only drink RTD (ready to drink) protein shakes.

Now - early on I DID have problems with 2% and found skim was more tolerable.  I can drink 2% or even whole milk these days with no issue - I just don't like the extra calorie load when I could use it eating other things!  LOL

be careful on the cereal - read the labels and stay away from too much sugar

Thanks, ima try some soy milk, and move my way up to RTD protein drinks, cause im surely not drinking them, but getting it thru meat and cheese for now, but i will look into those so i can get it quicker!! Appreciate the advice!! (Gosh i LOOOOVE this bee!!)
