Grim I think the extended warranty is included, just most don't know it exists or how to use it long term :)

Probably smart. I know it's a lot of work to go through the adoption process, it would be a shame to see it all go to waste because an adoption agency or potential surrendering parent didn't approve of a potential adopter who posts half-naked photos.

How tall are you? If your ticker is correct, OH says your BMI is 29, which was my surgeon's goal for me (to be out of the "obese" range), but not mine. Have you had your bodyfat percentage measured by a bodypod or dexascan? (calipers are not accurate).

I agree with Kim to keep going and let your body do what it is going to do.

5'9" so yea its around 29. Ive lost so much muscle mass though from surgery and the caloric deficit.. I havent done one, but I have really wanted to. Theres not one near by :(
