Duplicate Account... ????? Patients need their OWN account!

As many members in this thread have posted, people will create duplicate accounts for many reasons such as to solicit our members or to cause issues between members on the message boards.  Per our Terms of Service, duplicate accounts are not allowed and are considered violations of our TOS.
