Hi Anne,

Thanks very much. I think anything is possible. We all know that to get from unhealthy to healthy in body and all other things-it takes time, footwork, teamwork and desire.

It's not impossible.

Peace,
T

I began to avoid the Main Form and stuck with a couple others because of all the BS crap that took place here.  All of the Surgery Wars and stuff really made this a negative forum in my opinion.  I have heard tha some of these individuals are no longer on OH but it will take time for this forum to recover from the negativity that this forum was filled with.

Other than that with my lifestyle I simply don't fit in for the most part.

Paul, I am delighted to see you over here! You have such a balanced and sensible point of view, and you walk the walk.

In my book you fit in beautifully!

When I say I don't fit in it mainly has to do with lots of the rules.

I eat normal calories and for the most part eat what I want.  I don't intentionaly do low carbs but I do avoid most breads and pasta except on specifi****asions.  I am extremely high protein and Fluids.

It makes it difficult to identify with someone struggling to get a fraction of the protein in that I sometimes stuggle to get in.

Your input is valuable because you do walk the walk, rather run the run- you give me something to aspire to. You always stretch beyond your comfort zone in a big way.

When I am doing my run, I always think to myself "if he can do it, so can I in my own way. MOVE, grrrl!"

Thanks.

Hi Paul,

I agree. What you wrote-is exactly how I felt too. It was just really too much after awhile and took too long to sift through all that to find the good stuff.

I keep myself pretty busy these days as well, but it would be nice to still have a place that is a wealth of knowledge and support. I will stay tuned to see what happens.

Peace,
T
