Has anyone tried this? My co worker who also had wls asked me about this the other day. I didn't have any info for her. If someone on here does will you please send it to me. I tried to google it but they wanted money for info... imagine that.

i DID THE TEST and loved the results. I lost 14 lbs that week. I gained 2 back...I'll take12 lbs down. Im going to try it again soon.
