Hugging all on this Thursday morning. I wish for you all a very wonderful day today. I love y'all!!!

Continuing with our love stories this week, the story of King David and Bathsheba is a tragic one. However, it also shows the unconditional love of God. David fell in "lust" with Bathsheba only to royally mess up his world. His lust became murder and the consequences for this were horrendous. He lost the most precious thing in his life. The story is one of great loss and tragedy. However, because David was "a man after God's own heart", he repented. God loved him so much even though he had committed some horrible acts, he was forgiven and remained one of the greatest Kings of Israel. God loves us that much, too. No matter what we do, His love is everlasting. Just like David, we may have consequences to pay, but God's love will see us through. (II Samuel 11)
